Franchise Training Program

Our franchisee training program is designed to uphold the highest standards in occupational health and safety, ensuring that all franchisees are equipped to meet the demands of the industry. We provide on-boarding and training to prepare you to open your franchise.

Join us in Dearborn, MI for 1 week of pre-opening training where we will review clinical operations, procedures, systems and technology, advertising and local marketing, fiscal management and managing the clinic including sales techniques to acquire new clients and work with government and national contracts.

We provide onsite support in your OccMed Connect as you get ready to open your clinic. We will be with you every step of the way in your franchise ownership journey.

Can I Add An OccMed Connect Clinic To An Existing Medical Facility I Own?

Yes, as long as you have enough space and can meet our requirements.  Get Started.

Are You Seeking Owner Operators Or Executive Owners?

We are open to either. We want our owners to be involved in the management of the business, but not working “in” the business. That said, medical oversight is necessary, and an owner must have the credentials or be able to bring on an operating manager who holds the licensing needed in your area. Most of our franchise owners will focus on marketing, business development and management of the clinic staff. Get Started.

Can I Own More Than One Clinic?

Yes. We believe some owners will operate multiple units. We offer discounts on initial franchise fees for owners who commit up front to more than one clinic.  Get Started.

How Many Employees Are Needed To Operate The Clinic?

Typically the staff in the host medical facility is able to handle the work needed in the OccMed Connect clinic. That said, if this is not an option, operations would need between 1 and 2 employees per shift. Get Started.

What Are The Startup Costs And What Do They Include?

Startup funding includes the initial franchise fee and other estimated costs such as 3rd party professional fees, insurance, equipment, furniture, “grand opening” marketing & advertising, plus an estimate of three months of working capital for your clinic. Get Started.

How Much Space Do I Need For This Clinic?

Between 80 and 200 square feet within an existing medical facility such as an urgent care clinic or pharmacy. These host facilities will need to offer shared restrooms and parking. How Long Does It Take To Open?

You should be able to open in 2 to 3 months, depending on how quickly you complete the pre-opening steps and training. Get Started.

How Much Will The Business Make In A Year?

We will be able to share our Financial Performance Representation, called an Item 19, in our Franchise Disclosure Document which highlights affiliate performance and history. This can be a useful tool to help you evaluate the revenue potential of your individual clinic. Get Started.
